Continuous Asphalt Recycling and Product Drying Plant, consisting of the following general specifications:

Static support frame

Fully Welded construction sub chassis fabricated from high-grade sectional steel

Fully Welded construction raising upper chassis fabricated from high-grade sectional steel

Continuous mix drum fabricated from 6mm rolled steel plate with a reinforced steel saddle, supporting a 150x30x2460 Dia support steel tire ring made from S275 steel

Drum contains 22+ lifters consisting of 11+ paddle lifters and 11+ tine lifters

All Fabricated from folded steel plate and welded RSA sections

Drum supported on two off machined 200 Dia x 200 wide trunnion rollers held by four twin row high quality 65 Dia spherical bearings

Drum rotated by a planetary drum drive gearbox, powered by 18Kw motor using pulleys and V-Belts specifically designed for the application

Drum feed chute heavy construction and designed to aid material flow

Extraction filter cyclone designed integrally built into the machine structure, before exhausting to atmosphere

Heater is a RL210 TC two stage operation with a working field of 1,423Kw to 2,443Kw containing a 370mm standard TC head. 400V, 3PH, 50Hz capable of running on both kerosene and 28Sec oil

Generator Apd75 pe Perkis operates from external mains

Main electrical panel, wiring, E-Stops safety devices are in full accordance to relevant specific safety criteria and procedures

All lock outs and accesses procedures are in accordance to regulations

Guarding and access staircases are to British Standard

1 off 5Mtr conveyor, Troughed belt conveyors, fitted with 3 ply/500mm wide conveyor belting with a vulcanized joint, Feed boot with extended sides as standard, support pivot and fully guarded

• Remote greasing points all to one point, for ease of servicing

1 off 2ton capacity holding hopper with variable speed feed conveyor that feeds the plant at the desired rate depending on moisture content

Fully skirted and guarded belt

Painted using high zinc phosphate primers and Polly urethane high gloss paints. Hot surfaces painted with high temperature aluminium paints.
